We provide a full-service program for homeowners and business owners. We will represent you aggressively from beginning to end by:
- Filing your protest before the deadline (which can vary from one county to another)
- Analyzing your property and market using data not readily available to you
- Representing you professionally before the Central Appraisal District and/or the Appraisal Review Board
- Helping you pursue other options, if advisable, to reduce your property taxes.
We will work to lower your property tax valuation with the Dallas Central Appraisal District and the Dallas Appraisal Review Board so you can reduce your property taxes and your monthly payment.
We will do it by researching your market value and arguing for a reduced taxable value at an informal hearing before the Dallas Central Appraisal District. If you have proprietary information that would affect value – such as the property condition, for example – I will use that as well. If I can not negotiate a lower taxable value there I will take your case to a formal hearing at the Dallas Appraisal Review Board.
Protest filing deadline for Dallas Central Appraisal District is generally May 31 although in some cases –if you receive a Value Notice from the Dallas Central Appraisal District dated after May 1 – it will be thirty days after date of your notice. To be safe your property tax protest should be filed by May 31.
Hurry time is running out!!!!!
